Buying secondhand (Vintage Condition Policy )
By purchasing from our store, customers acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below.
1. Nature of Vintage Items
All vintage items are previously owned and have already served a life prior to being offered for sale. They are not new products. The value of vintage lies precisely in its authenticity, history, and character, which inevitably includes signs of age and prior use.
2. Acceptable Signs of Age and Use
Minor wear such as faint scratches, patina, subtle fading, small stains, or minor irregularities in finish or material is inherent to vintage objects.
Such features are to be expected and are not considered defects. They contribute to the uniqueness and authenticity of the piece.
These natural signs of age are not valid grounds for return, refund, or compensation claims.
3. Disclosure of Significant Condition Issues
Should an item present any notable or significant imperfections (e.g. visible chips, cracks, tears, missing parts, or structural weaknesses), these will be clearly described in the product listing and, where appropriate, documented with photographs.
While every effort is made to provide accurate descriptions, it is not feasible to catalogue or photograph every minute imperfection, such as hairline scratches or negligible surface marks.
4. Accuracy of Descriptions and Images
All product images and descriptions are provided to the best of our ability and are intended to offer a fair and honest representation of the item’s overall condition.
Colors, textures, and finishes may vary slightly due to photographic lighting or screen settings. Such variations do not constitute misrepresentation.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers are encouraged to review all descriptions and images carefully before making a purchase.
If additional information or detailed photographs are required, customers should request this prior to completing their order.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they understand the inherent nature of vintage items and accept the presence of normal signs of wear.
6. Final Acknowledgement
Purchasing a vintage item is an acknowledgment that the object has a history, that it will carry visible traces of use, and that these are integral to its value and appeal. Each piece is unique, and part of its charm lies in the individuality of its imperfections.
