Shipping policy

We offer two shipping methods, each provided by a different carrier. Please read the information below carefully before selecting your preferred delivery option.

1. Mondial Relay (Economical Option)

  • Delivery method: Packages are delivered to the nearest Mondial Relay pick-up point.

  • Cost: This is the most economical shipping option.

  • Transit time: Standard delivery times apply and may vary depending on destination.

  • Returns & Claims:

    • Mondial Relay applies a very strict return and claims policy.

    • No compensation will be provided in the event of damage to the product during transport.

    • For this reason, we strongly advise against using this method for fragile or high-value items.

2. Standard Postal Service (Premium Option)

  • Delivery method: Handled by Bpost in Belgium, then transferred to the official postal operator of the destination country.

  • Cost: This option is more expensive.

  • Transit time: This is the fastest available shipping method.

  • Insurance & Security:

    • Shipments sent via this method include insurance coverage.

    • In case of damage or loss, compensation procedures are available through the postal provider.

    • This method is highly recommended for fragile, valuable, or time-sensitive shipments.

Important Notice

By choosing Mondial Relay, the customer accepts the risk of potential damages without reimbursement. For fragile or valuable products, we strongly recommend selecting the Standard Postal Service to ensure proper handling and coverage.

Returns

You have 1 day from when your order is delivered to submit your return. They must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, tag, etc.), You must Submit the return by sending an message via our contact form. After approval you have another 2 days to send the item back.

We do not refund money back but you will receive the amount of money on a giftcard. These giftcards are valid for 1 year. Return costs are not funded by us.

The Product(s) must be returned to the address that will be given via email or message, not to any pick up points or other nearby locations.

Any parcel returned after the prescribed timeframe shall be refused and returned to the sender. No parcel returned as cash on delivery shipping shall be accepted, whatever the reason. The costs and risks pertaining to the return of Product(s) are borne by the sender.

In order for the customer service to accept the return, the Product(s) must be returned in full condition in its original packing, undamaged, with its label attached,, accompanied by all of its accessories.

L’archive du collectionist cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the parcel. Parcels for which the Customer’s identification (surname, first name, address and return code) is not possible shall be refused.

On receipt of the Product(s) returned by the Customer, the customer service shall send a confirmation of receipt of the Product by e-mail.
